In our commitment to exclusivity, we will only be selecting one restaurant partner in each city. While our priority is to partner with such esteemed chefs, we are open to considering restaurants that do not have these accolades if we do not already have a restaurant partner in their city. Our boutique winery produces a limited quantity of wine, with most of our releases being single-barrel productions of only 24 cases for each wine. This ensures that every bottle is a unique masterpiece, worthy of the finest culinary establishments.

How to Apply:

To be eligible for our Partner Restaurant Program, your restaurant must:

• Have a James Beard Award-winning chef or a Michelin Star rating (or be considered if we do not already have a restaurant partner in your city)
• Exhibit a strong commitment to culinary excellence and outstanding customer service
• Feature a wine program that aligns with our boutique winery's philosophy

Fill out the online application form with the required information, including:

• Restaurant name and location
• Chef's name and award(s)
• A brief description of your culinary concept and wine program

Our team will carefully review your application and assess if your restaurant aligns with our values and standards. If selected, we will contact you to discuss the next steps and arrange a tasting of our exquisite wines.
