ALLOCATION DINNER DETAILS
WHY WE HOST THE DINNER
We host the Allocation Dinner because our allocation is built on relationships, not volume. We want our allocation to be filled with people who feel less like customers and more like friends and family. And who better to invite to the table than the people you choose to bring with you?
Each guest is encouraged to invite up to eight friends or family members, creating a table filled with people who matter to you—just as this moment matters to us.
THE DINNER EXPERIENCE
The Allocation Dinner is a curated, multi-hour experience that typically includes:
A six-course seated meal
A guided tasting of approximately 16 wines (often more)
Wines spanning our history, library selections, and current releases
Stories behind the vineyard, the cellar, and the philosophy that guides our work
Open conversation, questions, and shared exploration
Each course and wine is chosen to walk through our story—from vineyard to cellar, past to present.
